The total number of persons interviewed who were referred by each recruitment source:
The employment position referenced above was filled under exigent circumstances. The previous marketing representative announced one day he was leaving and provided a two-week notice which was not enough time to allow Little Falls to advertise and interview potential hirees appropriately for such a key position in the company. Little Falls had to act quickly or suffer lost revenues which would have impacted the entire workforce of Little Falls. A relative of one of the principals of Little Falls who happened to be experienced in marketing for radio stations was contacted on short notice and requested to accept the position and relocate from several states away. He was brought up to speed and was able to continue the strong marketing presence of Little Falls before any lasting damage resulted.
